Take Advantage Of $3000 Off Solar Hot Water
We're pleased to announce that the deadline to take advantage of the City of Vancouver's $3000 incentive towards solar hot water, on new and existing residential homes which are gas heated, has been lifted. Of the 30 spots to be filled over half have been completed so the final 15 spots are filling up fast.
"The City of Vancouver, Terasen Gas, Solar BC and Offsetters are providing this offer in order to accelerate uptake of solar technology in our residential market," says Rachel Moscovich, Sustainable Development Program Analyst with the City. "By reducing the financial barrier, we aim to make solar more accessible to homeowners in Vancouver, to prove the viability of solar in our climate, build capacity and create new green jobs."
